Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items with any damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will verify the request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defective products. Please mention the desired size or product in your return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product for a swift resolution.
